Lead a high-performance sales team, drive store performance, and help customers improve their quality of life through a proven consultative sales process. Good Feet Midwest is a rapidly growing franchise with plans to double in size over the next 3-5 years.
What You Will Do
Lead by example on the sales floor, drive store sales performance and profitability, coach and develop Sales Consultants, and manage store operations, inventory, and daily execution.
