As The Greenery, Inc. continues to grow and expand across the Southeast, we are adding a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to our executive leadership team to drive strategic growth and unify all revenue-generating functions. This new role reflects our commitment to aligning business development, client services, marketing, and customer experience under one focused leader.

The CRO will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing sales and service processes to support long-term growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a well-established company with a strong reputation for excellence in commercial landscaping.

As CRO, you will lead the entire customer lifecycle—from marketing and lead generation through proposal, service execution, and long-term client retention. You’ll directly manage the Director of Business Development and Director of Client Services, while also overseeing Marketing and Customer Service. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll work closely with the COO and CFO to ensure alignment with our strategic and financial goals.

We’re looking for a proven leader with a record of driving revenue in a multi-branch, service-based organization. You should bring extensive experience in sales, marketing, and client services, along with a strategic, data-informed approach and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead strategies to grow top-line revenue across all markets and service lines
  • Manage sales and client service teams, driving accountability and performance
  • Oversee marketing and customer service to elevate brand visibility and client satisfaction
  • Align all revenue functions under a unified growth plan
  • Drive CRM adoption, forecasting, and data-informed decision-making
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership, sales, or business development
  • Demonstrated success leading sales, marketing, and client-facing teams
  • Expertise in strategic planning, customer experience, and revenue operations
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
