The Greensboro Science Center’s (GSC) Marketing & Communications Assistant is a part-time position that assists with planning and implementing marketing, digital communications, and community engagement strategies to promote GSC attractions, events, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Marketing and communications best practices
- Digital communication and social media platforms
- Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
- Cloud-based programs such as WordPress, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Canva
- Design and/or photography best practices and Adobe Creative Cloud skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Content creation and marketing to a diverse audience
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving
- Prioritization and time management
- Customer service and interpersonal/people skills
