We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative (Hubspot) to manage and qualify inbound sales opportunities across our payments and fintech solutions.
Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 1 to 3+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in an inbound sales role
- Proven experience qualifying inbound leads and booking meetings in a B2B environment
- Proven experience using HubSpot CRM
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning fintech, payment-processing concepts and CRM systems
- Strong ability to close deals effectively
- Understanding of HIPAA-compliant practices, highly preferred
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Friendly, engaging, and approachable personality
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
