Role Overview
As a Manager, C-Store Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of strategy across the U.S. Convenience channel. You will help translate high-level business priorities into actionable plans, tools, and processes that drive performance across the sales organization.

Provide leadership and guidance within the sales operations function to achieve operational excellence and business targets. Drive strategic process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making and optimize sales performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Operations, or related CPG roles
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
