Chief Revenue Officer

The LCF Group, Inc. is an established MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) direct funder located in New Hyde Park. Since 2011, we have been providing funding to small businesses by purchasing future receivables, which are repaid via ACH debits or a percentage of their credit card sales. This is a fast paced, high pressure position in a highly competitive industry. We are looking for an ambitious Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team!

Location: New Hyde Park, NY (In-office position)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Chief Revenue Officer Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a unified revenue strategy across sales and marketing, setting KPIs aligned with company growth goals.
  • Lead and scale high-performing sales teams, manage forecasting, pipeline, and expand into new markets and customer segments.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams to effectively reach and convert target customers.
  • Partner with finance and operations to build accurate revenue projections and budgets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain awareness of fintech trends and regulatory changes.

Chief Revenue Officer Requirements:

  • 10+ years in sales, marketing, or revenue leadership.
  • Strong experience developing scalable go-to-market strategies in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Deep understanding of fintech markets, customer behavior, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Willingness and able to travel —estimated at up to 5%— for conferences, events, or as needed to support business objectives.

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
