The role involves managing high-value and strategically important membership enquiries, driving conversion from enquiry to sale, and ensuring strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales functions
  • CRM experience
  • Market knowledge
  • Account management experience
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerate and IT literate
  • Hands-on team player with strong problem-solving ability and exceptional attention to detail
