The People Concern’s Santa Monica Homeless Multidisciplinary Street Team is seeking a master’s level clinical case manager to provide field-based services, assess mental health needs, and link clients with appropriate resources.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health field (MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD)
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical case management
- Experience in dealing with issues faced by population served (serious mental illness, substance abuse, and physical health problems)
- Excellent writing and charting skills
- Knowledge of community resources
- Valid CA Driver’s license, reliable car, auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record
