Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our More Nutrition marketing strategy for the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing European brand in its early days in the UK, driving growth across multiple channels and shaping high-impact marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute the UK brand and marketing strategy to drive penetration, trial and further distribution. Define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns with relevant agencies and internal teams across all relevant channels.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in consumer goods
  • Strong expertise in brand building and driving integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including mass media as well as performance marketing and influencers in the UK market
  • Hands-on experience driving D2C, retail media and performance marketing
  • Over 1 year experience actively working with TikTok
