We’re on the hunt for an innovative GTM Engineer to design, optimise, and scale our entire go-to-market motion. Sitting at the crossroads of revenue strategy, operations, and technology, this role is about engineering predictable revenue—turning ideal customer profiles (ICPs) into scalable sales success.

If you’re obsessed with automation, data-driven sales, and outbound strategy, this is your opportunity to build cutting-edge systems that power B2B growth. You’ll be experimenting with modern GTM tech stacks, leveraging data, AI and automation to improve prospecting, lead generation, and conversion rates—helping our cohort companies hit their revenue goals faster.

We’ve debated job titles for this role—Sales Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Outbound Architect, Growth Strategist—but at its core, we’re looking for a builder. Someone who thrives on rapid experimentation, creative problem-solving, and deploying tech-driven strategies that actually move the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build multi-channel GTM experiments using next generation tools & platforms.
  • Build data driven strategies to identify, engage and convert ICPs.
  • Automate workflows & systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies.
  • Track key metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to evaluate campaign success.
  • Use insights to enhance targeting, messaging, and automation workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of building & optimising revenue-generating systems.
  • Proficiency with GTM tech stacks and intent tracking platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills to align Sales, Marketing, and RevOps initiatives.
  • Expertise in managing and integrating complex tech ecosystems.
  • Comfortable with automations tools to build scalable workflows.
