Senior Business Development Manager

The Trade Desk is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new growth and onboard new advertiser and agency partners across outbound and cross-border sectors in Korea. The role requires a proactive, strategic seller who can turn curiosity into consultative partnerships and balance relationship building with data-backed, insight-led selling.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or ad-tech, ideally in programmatic, DSP, or data-driven sales
  • Proven experience developing new business opportunities and growing key accounts
  • Strong understanding of the Korean media ecosystem, with exposure to outbound or cross-border campaigns a plus
  • Excellent communicator
  • Analytical and structured
  • Proactive and strategic
  • Empathetic collaborator who values shared success across cross functional teams
  • Fluent in Korean and English
