The Technical Partner Growth team is seeking a Sr. Technical Business Development Manager, Partner Growth to lead strategic performance assessments and identify growth opportunities across Domestic B2B2C Wholesale partnerships. The role requires strong critical thinking, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights, with equal emphasis on driving those insights through to implementation and measurable impact in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Own end-to-end strategic evaluations of Domestic Wholesale B2B2C partnerships (new and existing)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of growth initiatives and deliver data-driven recommendations to accelerate partner performance
  • Represent the DTC perspective in cross-functional leadership discussions and executive-level partner forums
  • Lead regular performance reporting for Domestic B2B2C wholesale partnerships
  • Build, maintain, and evolve financial models related to partner opportunities
  • Support cross-partner strategic initiatives and opportunity analyses across Domestic B2B2C, International Wholesale, and Global Device partners
