Finance and Business Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Finance and Business Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day finance, customer service, administrative, and business systems functions supporting the New York DSD operation. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working across different areas of the business.

What You Will Do

The individual will manage the Accounting and Customer Service functions, partner closely with Operations and Sales, and serve as the local power user for the business systems and technology that support the operation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning, navigating, and supporting ERP and other business systems
• Creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
• Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively, both internally and externally
• Experience in DSD, distribution, food and beverage, CPG, or another operational environment is a plus but not required
