About the role
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all processes and systems related to revenue generation. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of revenue operations best practices.
What you’ll do
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to track revenue performance.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the revenue generation process.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and line of business to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage the implementation and on-going maintenance of revenue-related technologies and tools.
- Conduct regular audits of sales and marketing data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a revenue operations or related role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com administration required. Salesforce admin certifications preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
