Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar commercial role.
- Fluent French and fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Fully computer literate, with experience using MS Office and Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Comfortable having sales conversations and negotiations over the phone.
- Experience managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (20–50 per day) and large account portfolios (600–1,000 accounts).
- Self-starter with a strong results focus and experience working with KPIs and targets.
- Ability to manage several priorities or projects at the same time.
