As an Account Manager at THG Beauty, you will drive incremental retail media revenue from non-endemic brand partners by translating first-party audience, insight, and media capabilities into compelling, scalable advertising solutions. This commercial and consultative role involves owning end-to-end relationships with non-endemic partners across sectors and creating full-funnel, insight-led media strategies aligned to brand objectives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in media sales, agency planning or digital media partnerships
- Proven ability to sell upper-funnel and insight-led media solutions, ideally to non-endemic or brand-led advertisers
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets and advertiser budgets
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-literate, with the ability to translate insight into compelling commercial stories
