Job Description

What will you do?

Instrumental in improving sales efficiency and effectiveness, as the new Sales Operations Manager you’ll take ownership of our commercial tools and processes. Connecting it all together you’ll drive consistency across the four customer verticals: helping our people work faster and more efficiently, using the best tools for our needs in a deliberate and integrated way. You’ll become the trusted go-to! You’ll provide transparency, the ability to remove bottlenecks, and support all commercial colleagues in the creation of a cohesive Third Bridge infrastructure.

Reporting into the Head of Revenue Operations, you will connect with stakeholders at all levels of our commercial teams and be their first point of contact for tools and processes. You’ll collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure our sales strategies and tactics are supported by internal processes and tooling. Working closely with marketing, finance and the wider support functions, together you will align the teams, get the support that our commercial partners need and equip Third Bridge with the right resources to enable even greater successes.

Analytical and data-first, you’ll interpret sales data to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities, and highlight areas for improvement. Overseeing a cohesive Practice, and the adoption of the right tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot and Gong, this is a great opportunity to take a global brand, and help to build a scalable, repeatable model, empowering our people to go on to even bigger wins!

Qualifications

What will you bring?

Bringing your experience as a sales or revenue operations manager, you can really walk your talk! Fully understanding the demands of a thriving sales team, the tools that are available to them, and your personal drive for process excellence, you’re now looking for a new opportunity where you can make a big impact. You stay current on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in sales operations.

Collaboration is key in a role like yours, and you build great trusted relationships by making sure you’re listening first. Understanding the business by engaging with everyone in the commercial teams makes sure you’re not just pushing your own agenda, but creating a cohesive strategy that responds to the teams’ needs and is tailor made to the organisation you are in. Seeing the bigger picture as well as getting down to the granular detail allows you to enhance the entire process.

Perhaps you’ve worked in a B2B software environment, or some other subscription based sales model, but wherever you’re moving from, you are excited to get stuck in to resolve the RevOps issues that businesses of our size may face. You thrive in fast paced organisations where you can provide clarity at times of ambiguity, and break down silos to create consistency. If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now and a member of the team will be in touch.
