Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Growth Manager to focus exclusively on upselling and cross-selling to existing customers through various growth initiatives. The role involves building and managing customer pipelines, identifying upsell opportunities, and tailoring presentations to customer needs. Cloudbeds is a well-established provider of hotel PMS solutions with a growing team and a commitment to innovation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hotel tech space.
- Experience and/or education in hospitality operations.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, Generative A.I.
- Willingness to travel ( < 10% )
