Engineering Manager – Revenue Intelligence

Role Overview

Cloudbeds is looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Revenue Intelligence team. The team sits at the heart of our Cloudbeds Signals AI platform, connecting hospitality data, pricing science, and hotel operations into a coherent whole. The team blends deep analytical curiosity with genuine empathy for the day-to-day realities of revenue managers and hoteliers.

What You Will Do

Manage a high-performing, agile software team in a rapidly growing, global organization. Be a hands-on manager and contribute to the codebase. Conduct regular code reviews, foster a collaborative team environment, and set performance expectations for team members.

7+ years of backend development experience, 2+ years of experience managing remote, international backend engineers, and 1+ years of experience driving AI Coding strategies. Excellent knowledge of SaaS software technologies, best practices, and design patterns, and experience with coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance.
