Location: Maine (Hybrid)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Direct Reports: Residential Sales Director, Contract & Institutional Sales Managers, QSR Business Director
Why Join Us
This is not just another commercial leadership role. At Thos. Moser, we are reinvesting in a 50-year-old American brand—one defined by uncompromising craftsmanship, timeless design, and a belief that honest work matters.
We’re operating with the urgency and ambition of a startup inside a legacy business. The systems aren’t fully built. The team is still taking shape. But the opportunity is clear: expand our brand reach, introduce new generations of customers to the value of handmade, and build a future where American craft competes—on quality, on purpose, and on principle.
If you’ve led growth in a larger or faster-moving organization and are now looking for a tighter, more focused brand to help shape—this is your moment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, with the chance to leave a real mark—not just on the business, but on how customers connect with authenticity, craft, and lasting value.
This is work that rewards tenacity. It asks you to stretch, build, and lead from the front. But if successful, the reward is lasting: a brand rebuilt, a culture strengthened, and a future you helped make real.
