The Director of Partner Marketing is a global leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and operationalizing Thoughtworks’ partner marketing strategy across hyperscalers, ISVs and emerging technology alliances. The role leads a team of global partner marketing specialists and serves as the strategic orchestrator between Thoughtworks, its strongest ecosystem partners, and the broader GTM organization.
Requirements
- 10–15 years in B2B marketing, including 7-10 years leading partner marketing programs, preferably within an IT services or consulting organization
- Experience working directly at a hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Microsoft), an ISV (Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB), or an AI model/compute company (Nvidia, Anthropic)
- Proven experience defining and scaling global partner marketing strategy, frameworks, and activation models
- Strong understanding of enterprise ecosystems, marketplace models, MDF/PFF governance, and co-marketing best practices
- Demonstrated success working with AWS, Azure, GCP or major ISVs in global co-marketing and GTM programs
