• Proven track record of business impact driving analytics for growth, performance, or ROI-based marketing programs
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to be hands on
• Experience applying experiments, lift tests, attribution, and other measurement techniques
• Effective analytics management skills: prioritize work and coach team
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
