Our Revenue Operations Team is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join the team to focus on day-to-day marketing operations, data and campaign management, and automation strategies If you have knowledge, experience, and a passion for marketing operations – including strong proficiency with Sales Cloud and Marketo, then we are looking for you. The ideal candidate is a leader who has demonstrated depth in complex marketing operations and automations systems to enable the transfer of knowledge to system users across the organization. This role will be an integral part of the marketing operations team to help communicate and collaborate on the marketing strategy, marketing technology, and analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Defining strategy and leading evolution of the Martech stack

  • Ownership of Marketo, including processes and automation in addition to other marketing technology tools
  • Map capabilities needed to current technology categories and vendors to determine ideal technology stack components
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to implement architecture requests related to workflows and tracking
  • Manage the administration and execution of the team’s targets, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various improvements to the operational processes and tech stack, to increase their effectiveness in driving desired results

Manage ongoing operations of the technology stack

  • Manage, maintain and continually evolve our lead scoring, lifecycle models and operational fundamentals
  • Maintaining data integrity and data governance through operational programs and automated processes
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive marketing automation journeys to mitigate competing messaging with targeted audiences
  • Managing and optimizing lead routing and MQL processes and workflows
  • Setting up, testing and maintaining our third-party integrations, including troubleshooting any sync or data errors
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to implement architecture requests related to workflows and tracking

Manage vendor relationships for contract, training, and support needs

  • Serve as Technical lead for MarTech stack
  • Budget and contract management for MarTech tools
  • Creating and updating documentation for all core Marketing Automation & Operations initiatives for internal enablement

What You Bring:

  • Experience in Marketing technology selection and procurement, including Marketo (certification preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in a B2B marketing operations or automation role
  • Expert in lead-to-opportunity funnel management and tracking
  • Expert in campaign and program management, as well as campaign hierarchy set up
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics and customer expectations
  • Significant experience and understanding of Salesforce architecture
  • Must be a team leader and standout colleague with the ability to lead multiple projects and shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

How we pay:

  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
  • We are targeting a base salary from $89,500 – $189,500
  • You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
