Agency Partner Manager – Scaled Growth

The Agency Partner Manager – Scaled Growth will be responsible for building and growing successful partnerships with media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners, leveraging insights and data to support their growth and improve media agency performance.

Requirements

• Sharp client focus and motivated by thriving customer success
• Problem solver capable of navigating ambiguity and proactively provide effective solutions to customer needs
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working closely with agencies, resellers, consulting businesses (plus)
• Media buying experience with other digital marketing platforms (plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities to meet deadlines
• Sound analytical skills
• Experience working with revenue targets in a fast paced, client facing environment
• A genuine passion for consultative selling, strategy and seeing your impact through the growth of a book of business
• Basic knowledge or experience with TikTok monetization solutions (plus)
