Head of News Creator Partnerships and Operations

The News Creator team develops and executes strategies to grow the news content ecosystem through management, partnerships, and key programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a major media or tech company, ideally with a focus on the News industry and creator landscape in the U.S.
• Deep understanding of the News, social media, and creator ecosystem, including digital content strategies and platform operations.
• Experience building, managing, and leading high-performing teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
