We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our core logistics algorithm team for global e-commerce. The successful candidate will design and implement algorithms for intelligent shipping-fee pricing, free-shipping strategy optimization, and subsidy-pricing coordination. They will also collaborate with product, operations, and business analysis teams to drive productization and iterative optimization of algorithm models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain & Logistics, or related fields
- Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures
- Proficient in at least one programming language among Python/Java/C++/R
- Familiarity with core algorithms in deep learning, causal inference, and generative models
- Strong business understanding and data sensitivity
- Self-driven, clear logical thinking, and strong learning ability
