The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing high potential advertisers and marketing agencies for the TikTok Ads Platform. The role requires a passion for sales, supporting businesses, and generating new business in a fast-paced team-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Partner with stakeholders to conduct market research
  • Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on lead-generation initiatives
  • Meet and exceed acquisition sales targets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of business
  • Consult with decision makers and align TikTok Ads strategies
  • Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform
  • Work with customers not yet on the TikTok platform to close deals and manage customers
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to determine key growth industries
