The Product Marketing & Operations Manager, Creative will develop world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization, empowering and inspiring advertisers, creators, and other third parties to deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Arabic, both written and oral
- 5+ years experience in strategy & operations, product marketing, or advertiser success roles within digital advertising or technology environments
- Experience in digital advertising ecosystems, product management, or creator marketing
- Proven track record of driving successful GTM strategy and product launches driving business objectives
- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical, business, or marketing-related field
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced, global organizations
- Experience with TikTok Creative, Creator and AI Solutions (e.g., TikTok One, TikTok Symphony) and familiarity with marketplace dynamics
