We are looking for a Seller Acquisition & Growth Manager to drive large-scale merchant acquisition for TikTok Shop through offline channels and ecosystem partnerships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in merchant acquisition, BD, or ecosystem growth within e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS
- Hands-on experience with offline events, trade fairs, or partner-driven merchant recruitment
- Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems, including logistics, payments, and merchant service providers
- Strong data and execution mindset, with the ability to manage acquisition performance at scale
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of the Brazil e-commerce landscape
