Senior Product Operations Manager (Multiple Positions)

TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to drive analytics-driven product operations, enhance adoption and penetration of key features, and conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and pain points. The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management, as well as experience in developing and maintaining content partnerships and planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment on key objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• Drive analytics-driven product operations, enhancing adoption and penetration of key features through creator education, marketing events and showcases.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and pain points, creator dynamics, and product functionalities to refine operational strategies.
• Apply knowledge of user-generated content platforms, marketplace ecosystems or global team environments to contextualize market analysis and enhance product recommendations.
• Define clear success metrics, conduct post-event analysis, prepare reports for senior team members, and refine future operational strategies.
• Partner closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment on key objectives and timelines, driving impact and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior-level team members.
