We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Operations Manager to lead our TikTok Shop (TTS) certification programs for the U.S. market. Define what a quality merchant looks like on our platform and ensure our U.S. partners are empowered to meet those standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in strategy operations or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using data to drive strategic decisions and measure performance
