Tipalti is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join their team and drive business decisions through data insights. This role involves partnering with marketing teams and ops to improve processes, analyze performance, and create actionable insights. The analyst will be involved in data collection, monitoring, analysis, and dashboard building, leveraging Hockeystack and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a data-driven marketing role.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or a similar data-rich, high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Hockeystack or other BI/visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of web tagging (UTMs, event tracking, GTM) and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and/or Python.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing funnels and campaign performance tracking.
