Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager leads the Commercial Sales Team to drive sales performance, disciplined execution of sales processes, and strong customer engagement across the region.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Sales Team, set and monitor individual and team targets, drive adoption of CRM, and enforce consistent sales processes.

5–8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, leadership or mentorship of a sales team, and strong grasp of sales process discipline, account management, and business reviews.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience
  • Background in tire, automotive, fleet, transportation, or industrial sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to coach and develop experienced sales reps
  • Strong grasp of sales process discipline, account management, and business reviews
  • Experience with CRM systems; Voze experience an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
