TMA is looking for an experienced Assistant Account Executive with expertise in integrated brand marketing to join our agency in Irvine, CA. The Assistant Account Executive is responsible for managing project timelines, deadlines and workflows, as well as contributing to development of client-facing deliverables.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of client service experience
- Preferred experience in an agency, consumer promotions or shopper marketing
- Exhibit strong verbal and written business communication as well as presentation skills
- Solid understanding and management of client/agency relationship
- Collaborative team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility and commitment
- Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks and projects
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
- Anticipate potential questions, problems and barriers with solutions-oriented thinking
- Ability to think strategically, stay level-headed and work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Demonstrate a positive, teachable attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel to vendor locations 3-5x per month
