Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

TMX Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to lead the consolidation and analysis of forecasts and budgets, drive financial performance through the Financial Performance Management (FPM) framework, and support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience
• University degree plus CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop staff through complex or ambiguous environments
• Superior organizational and conceptual skills with a “big-picture” focus and meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced financial modeling, SQL, and BI tool expertise
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through collaborative, results-oriented partnership
• Highly adept at managing competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines
