GTM Engineer – Sales Workflow Automation, Revenue Intelligence

The Revenue Productivity team at Toast is looking for a GTM Engineer to own the automation layer and revenue intelligence stack across the sales motion. The engineer will lead implementation and optimization of 3p tools and 1p tools, build integrations that eliminate manual work, and surface AI-driven insights to help reps and managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM AI Engineering
• Experience with AI +GTM tool implementation
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in a data warehouse environment
• Experience building and owning reporting infrastructure in a BI or dashboard tool
• Data governance mindset and ability to communicate data concepts to non-technical audiences
