Role Overview
We are a rapidly-growing software company that enables pet daycare, kennel, grooming, and training business owners to manage their businesses more efficiently and effectively. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our Gingr team, responsible for selling our business management software and integrated payments solution to prospective customers in the pet services vertical.
What You Will Do
Field inbound leads generated through the website, webinars, and trade shows, and convert them into qualified pipeline opportunities. Conduct prospecting and outbound outreach in your assigned market to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of pet services businesses.

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of inbound and/or outbound sales experience; B2B preferred
- Strong ability to learn new platforms quickly, including Gingr, Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to explain complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational habits
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Success-driven mindset; thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and a full pipeline simultaneously
