The successful candidate will be part of a specialized LinkedIn boutique for Personal Branding and Corporate Branding, working on converting reach into leads and revenue through targeted funnels and content + ads.

Requirements

• Planning and building campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
• Developing funnel structures (Top, Middle, Bottom of Funnel)
• Close collaboration with design to create high-performing creatives
• Steering and optimizing ads (copy, visual, targeting)
• Analysis of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and Conversion Rates
• Testing hooks, creatives, and target groups
• Scaling successful campaigns
