Too Good To Go, a certified B Corp social impact company, seeks a Partner Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with business partners in Japan. The role combines strategic collaboration and practical implementation, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in marketing, communication, or business sciences with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree
  • Significant experience in a marketing role within an online marketplace, grocery retail, tech, FMCG, or F&B company
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong drive to engage partners and consumers, with a clear commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B Marketing and Lead Generation, with a track record of managing budget and implementation of lead generation channels
  • Hands-on mentality, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Google Workspace programs (especially presentations and spreadsheets)
  • Business English proficiency
  • Ability to identify with the company’s mission and contribute to saving food
