Role Overview
Lead a team of Inside Sales Specialists focused on acquiring and growing SMB partners across the U.S. through the full sales cycle. Set strategic direction, drive accountability, and empower the team to drive strong, scalable performance.
What You Will Do
Manage a team of 10-15 Sales Specialists, drive performance culture, coach and empower the team, and oversee the full inside sales acquisition funnel.
