Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, business development, or growth management.
- Proven success managing distributed teams or partner networks.
- Strong understanding of the Iberian regulatory and compliance landscape (GDPR, data protection, financial regulation).
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Based in Barcelona and willing to travel across Iberia.
