Requirements
- Native/Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms
- 3–4 years’ experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments
- Proven track record in enterprise pipeline generation and senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience prospecting into large organisations and navigating complex buying groups
- Strong consultative selling skills with a problem-led approach
- Ability to communicate business value and build credibility with executive buyers
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools
- Highly motivated, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
