The Financial Analyst supports the Financial Reporting team by transforming complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, and empowers informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of municipal accounting rules, legislation, and standards
- Proficiency with financial analysis, report preparation, and data interpretation
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
