Responsibilities

  • Optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure effective use by the sales and marketing teams.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to track key performance metrics.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify trends and recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations and improve customer experiences
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
