Responsibilities
- Optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure effective use by the sales and marketing teams.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to track key performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify trends and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations and improve customer experiences
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
