What You’ll Do

As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will support Trader’s Revenue Operations by driving strategic initiatives across the sales organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in creation and analysis of sales campaigns to identify trends, gaps and opportunities using tools such as, but not limited to: Spreadsheets, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL Queries
  • Perform data entry and database maintenance tasks on Salesforce to ensure consistency, accuracy and data integrity
  • Research and maintain sales and business data for Go To Market revenue generation campaigns, as well as client information for Salesforce and other business systems with accuracy and completeness: Website research, Scraping contact lists
  • Act as an internal ambassador for successful sales best practices and behaviors that drive sales success and support team goals
  • Observe and analyze sales team performance to identify best practices for success and uncover sales revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in sales analytics or sales performance role
  • 2+ years experience communicating skill assessment findings

Bonus Points

  • Experience using sales intelligence tools/software
  • Experience using any of the following: Google or Microsoft Office Suite, Sales CRM/engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Groove, Gong, etc.)
