As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand to new heights.

Position Overview:

As the Chief Marketing Officer at TradingView, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy. You will lead a talented marketing team and leverage your expertise across SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, Organic Search, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing to create and implement innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

SEO Strategy:

  • Drive organic search growth through effective keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Monitor and analyise SEO performance metrics to continuously improve search engine rankings.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop a content marketing strategy that engages our target audience and positions us as an industry thought leader.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality, relevant content across various channels.

Email Marketing:

  • Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Segment and personalize email communications to maximise engagement and ROI.

Growth Hacking:

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop creative, data-driven strategies to rapidly scale user acquisition and revenue.
  • Experiment with new channels and tactics to drive growth.

Product Marketing:

  • Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Create compelling product narratives and messaging to drive adoption and user satisfaction.

Organic Search and Social Media:

  • Leverage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Optimise social media profiles and content for organic growth and community building.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a marketing leader in a similar role.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, Organic Search, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
