Job Summary
The Technical CRM Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless user experiences for both internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on CRM applications and integrations. This role involves coordinating technical resources, executing systems architecture, and maintaining integrations to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about technical integration, eager to learn, and driven to lead projects from inception to completion.
Position Responsibilities
CRM & Integration Management
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot across Trafera’s Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations, Commerce).
- Manage and prioritize CRM-related change requests based on business objectives set by senior management.
- Document business processes and CRM functionality to support implementation and user adoption.
- Ensure effective execution of business logic within the CRM and integrated systems.
- Stay updated on HubSpot functionalities and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Project Management
- Manage projects in the project management system from request initiation to final execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to define goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Assign tasks to internal resources and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Serve as an escalation point for challenges during project execution.
- Validate and test project implementations to ensure quality deliverables.
- Provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress.
Team Management
- Lead and develop a small team specializing in CRM (HubSpot) and integrations (Make, API, file-based, and other tools).
- Facilitate team meetings and project planning sessions.
- Train team members in project management techniques.
- Establish and maintain best practices for project execution within the team.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with project management principles (certifications preferred).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Strong capacity for learning new systems and processes quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Keen attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of technical CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred).
- 2+ years of experience working with integration tools (API, Make preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with project management software (Asana preferred).
- 2+ years of experience managing technical projects.
Essential & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Availability to work in-office at least three days per week.
- Occasional travel may be required.
