About Traliant
Traliant is an award-winning technology company transforming compliance training from boring to brilliant. We empower organizations to build healthier, more inclusive workplaces through engaging, interactive online training on topics like workplace harassment, diversity and inclusion, and data privacy. As a fast-growing, remote-first company, we’re looking for team members who thrive in dynamic environments and share our passion for excellence and innovation.
About The Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to build and own our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process—ensuring every deal we sell is structured, approved, booked, and handed off correctly. This role will be both a process owner and a hands-on operator, responsible for creating the systems and governance that keep Sales, Finance, and Legal aligned.
You’ll define how we move from quote to contract to order to invoice, and you’ll ensure that the tools and approvals that support those steps (DealHub, Salesforce, signing workflows) are reliable and scalable. While you’ll handle some deal desk activities—especially for complex or non-standard deals—the primary need is a business-minded process expert who can establish structure, enforce SLAs, and ensure clean, compliant bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Quote-to-Cash Process Ownership (45%)
- Own and continuously improve the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, from quote creation through order processing and Finance handoff.
- Develop and manage SLAs with Finance and Legal to ensure predictable turnaround times.
- Build and maintain the approval matrix and signing authority matrix in coordination with Legal and Finance.
- Establish and document business rules for deal compliance: license counts, pricing, contract terms, and billing alignment.
- Ensure all booked deals are created accurately in Salesforce and comply with Finance and Legal standards.
DealHub & Salesforce Ownership (30%)
- Serve as the business owner for DealHub, managing product/pricing setup, and integration with Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales, CS and RevOps to ensure DealHub workflows reflect current business policies.
- Maintain data integrity and synchronization between DealHub and Salesforce, working with technical owners (Salesforce Architect and Rev Ops Analyst) as needed.
Deal Desk Activities (15%)
- Provide guidance on complex or non-standard deals: pricing exceptions, multi-entity contracts, or unique terms.
- Partner with Sales and CS leadership on deal structuring and ensure approvals follow the defined matrix.
- Document and communicate deal desk policies and processes to GTM teams.
Cross-Functional Reporting & Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Track and report SLA compliance and deal throughput metrics.
- Create visibility for Sales, Finance, and Legal on deal velocity and process health.
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk / Q2C Operations within a high-velocity SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DealHub or similar CPQ / Contracting tools.
- Exposure to Finance or Legal operations: order management, revenue compliance, contract review preferred.
Skills
- Strong process thinker who can design governance across multiple functions.
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for accuracy and compliance.
- Skilled stakeholder manager. Able to align Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal on shared SLAs and policies.
- Proficient in Salesforce Q2C functionality: Opportunities, Opportunity products, Subscriptions, able to maintain product, pricing, and approval data.
- Analytical and systems-minded, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
