The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in fast-scaling fintech or tech companies, with expertise in performance marketing and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Track record of impact with marketing or growth in a fast-scaling tech or fintech company (ideally international).
- Deep expertise in PPC, influencer, and affiliate marketing, plus a strong grasp of SEO and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Analytical and commercial mindset, with ability to balance growth with efficiency.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
- Understanding of SaaS or e-commerce growth.
