- Track record of impact in growth marketing within a tech/fintech company.
- Deep expertise in PPC, influencer, and affiliate marketing, plus SEO and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
- Experience with leadership and team building.
